Following a rigorous assessment Carlton Cleaning has successfully passed three external management systems audits including the new 45001 : 2018 standard ISO Accreditation. This and the other new 2015 versions for ISO 9001 and the environmental audit ISO 14001 were all passed without any non-conformities and observations, emphasising the commitment of Carltons team and management to these standards.
The audit took place over two days and included a comprehensive review of company policies and processes. This was to assess Carltons approach to the equality (ISO 9001) and safety (ISO 45001:2018) we provide to our customers and colleagues, as well as measures we take to minimise Carltons impact (ISO 14001) from our operations.
This new ISO Accreditation is a true testimony to how Carlton cleaning strive forward continuously in the services we provide to our customers. We are currently, the only commercial cleaning contractor throughout Lincolnshire and beyond with all the three accredited new standards, which re-confirms our commitment to being a professional company.
