THE CLIENT
This job that we attended was a pure wool carpet clean in the dining hall of a 15th century house, which was formerly a monastery.
THE PROBLEM
The job being 100% pure wool was very detailed in we had to carry out many procedures beforehand before we could clean it, we had to pre-vacuum, check for colour fastness/ bleeding.

THE SOLUTION
Prespray and agitate using woolsafe products and then clean through again using a woolsafe product at 35 degrees. Again knowledgable that we could not hear the water any hotter as this would cause shrinkage problems upon drying, the carpet we believe was around 70 years + old. Our client was very happy with the end result and thanked us for our professionalism, with more work required in the future.
