THE CLIENT
We were recently instructed by a commercial landlord to carry out industrial cleaning at one of their buildings that had recently been vacated at the end of the tenancy agreement. As you can see from the ‘before’ photos, the building was in a bit of a state.
THE PROBLEM
This was a very large building which contained offices, toilets, kitchens and outbuildings. Our team really had their work cut out and spent 4 whole days cleaning the building from top to bottom. It was important that high levels of cleanliness were achieved to enable viewings to be carried out for new tenants.

THE SOLUTION
The team set to work cleaning all areas of this industrial premises, as well as giving the carpets and hard floors a thorough deep clean too. The washroom areas also required a lot of attention, which our team had no trouble with. As you can see from the photos the washroom areas were gleaming after our team had finished with them!
The results from this industrial cleaning job were incredible, and our client was very happy to see the building restored to its original state of cleanliness.
