THE SOLUTION
As you can see from the carpet photo, there was a heavy build of dirt which took several passes to remove it. This method is where you go over the carpet until the water runs clean.
We sanitised the clinical floor which you can see from the other picture, leaving it sparkling clean as well as hygienic.
