Job of the month: Marisco Medical Practice

Carlton Cleaning UK has recently completed medical and clinical cleaning work on a new project to clean and restore the roof and exterior of the Marisco Medical Practice main building in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire.

Medical & Clinical Cleaning

The practice, a member of Skegness and Coast Clinical Commissioning Locality Group(CCG) and part of the Lincolnshire East Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) chose Carlton Cleaning UK to give the centre an overhaul. The job included removing an unsightly build up of moss and algae, which had formed a thick layer over the roof tiles and anti-graffiti-painted terylened panels at the front and rear of the building.

Using specialist high level access equipment to reach the high roofline, Carlton Cleaning’s skilled ISO qualified team of operatives tackled the challenge over a 10-day period, using a combination of industrial hot pressure washers producing 150° steam, together with biodegradable materials, which provided a highly effective solution and returned the building to its former glory. Commercial cleaning at its finest!
